The Elexol “Blue Cable” Solution is a powerful new message-on-hold player designed specifically for connection to a client’s PABX system and network with Internet access. Messages can be uploaded/updated by the Service Provider to an Internet based File Server, no matter where they are located, without client involvement.

This solution eliminates the costly need for the Service Provider to record and distribute message updates by tapes and CD and then having to ensure their correct and timely installation by the client.

• Other than to initially plug the unit in upon receipt, the client has no further need to touch or worry about the unit as all operations are controlled by the Service Provider using the powerful Management Software

• The Service Provider does not have to have a technician carry out installation at the Client's facility thereby making a considerable cost saving.
• The Service Provider can monitor the operation of the Blue Cable unit using the Management Software and the diagnostic features incorporated in the design of the unit.
• If the Service Provider has installed the Blue Cable unit on an update contract (eg. 4 updates per year included in the contract price) he simply contacts the client to obtain update requirements, records the update, installs the update on his PC and the client's Blue Cable unit will automatically download the update without requiring any intervention from the client or a technician
